Shipping Policy
Where We Ship We currently ship domestically within Australia only, including to PO boxes and parcel lockers via Australia Post. We do not offer international shipping at this stage.
Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of purchase. Processing time is separate from delivery timeframes. During high-demand periods (such as new drops), processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you informed.
Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes via Australia Post are:
- Standard delivery: 2–8 business days
- Express delivery: 1–4 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free standard delivery is available on all orders $250 AUD and over.
Order Tracking Yes — tracking information is sent via your order confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address Please contact us immediately at support@olvida.com.au if you have entered the wrong address. Once dispatched, Olvida is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Parcels Once your order has been dispatched, Olvida is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@olvida.com.au and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf.
