Returns & Refunds
How to Start a Return Email support@olvida.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Change of Mind We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including incorrect size, colour, or deciding the item is not for you.
We do offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with all tags attached.
If you request a size exchange, email support@olvida.com.au with your order number and the size you need within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer a refund once the item has been returned and inspected.
Non-Eligible Items We are unable to accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (final sale, unless faulty)
Faulty or Incorrect Items Please report faulty or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt by emailing support@olvida.com.au. We will cover return postage and either replace with a brand new item, or refund in full if your size is out of stock.
Afterpay Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. You remain responsible for any scheduled Afterpay instalments until the refund is fully processed.
