Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?
Simply select your size, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. Orders are confirmed via email once payment is processed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Afterpay so you can buy now and pay in four instalments.

Can I use a discount code and Afterpay together?
Yes — however, please note that items purchased using a discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns unless faulty.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Please contact us at support@olvida.com.au as soon as possible. As orders are processed within 1 business day, we cannot guarantee changes once dispatch has occurred.

Sizing

What sizes do you carry?
The Come Closer Sculpted Split Maxi is available in AU sizes 8–20.

How does the fit run?
The dress is true to size. However, if you prefer a tighter fit or more support through the bust, we recommend sizing down.

Is it big bust friendly?
Yes — the Come Closer Sculpted Split Maxi is big bust approved and designed so no bra is needed.

Does it have stretch?
Yes, it has a high firm stretch factor which helps it sculpt and hold through the bust and waist while moving comfortably with your body.

How do I put it on?
The dress must be put on over the head — it cannot be stepped into. It will feel hard to put on but it is essential to the overall fit of the garment. Quick tip: Put something over your head before slipping it on to prevent makeup transfer. This will ensure that if you need to return you will protect the dress. 

Is it underwear friendly?
Yes, the dress is underwear friendly.

What is the Come Closer Sculpted Split Maxi made for?
It's designed for occasions where the details are noticed up close — sculpting through the bust and waist with a draped angled skirt that skims without clinging. The high side thigh split is positioned to feel alluring without overexposing.

Is the dress lined?
Yes — it is double lined throughout the bust, waist, and skirt for a more contoured, supported fit.

What colour is it available in?
Currently available in deep black only.

What length is the dress?
It is a maxi length dress.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
Currently we ship domestically within Australia, including to PO boxes and parcel lockers via Australia Post.

How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery: 2–8 business days
Express delivery: 1–4 business days
Processing time (1 business day) is separate from these timeframes.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery is free on orders $250 AUD & over. 

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders $250 AUD and over.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes, tracking information is sent via your order confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

What if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately at support@olvida.com.au. Once dispatched, Olvida is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect address.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this stage. We currently ship within Australia only.


Returns & Refunds

How do I start a return?
Email support@olvida.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

What items are not eligible for return?

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Items returned outside the 14 day window
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (final sale, unless faulty)

Can I return an item if I change my mind?


We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including incorrect size, colour, or deciding the items is not for you.

We do offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with all tags attached. 

If you request a change of mind return, email: support@olvida.com.au with your order number. If approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and are not eligible for change of mind returns.

Can I exchange for a different size?

We'll always try our best to accommodate a size exchange — however, as our pieces are released in limited drops, we cannot guarantee your requested size will be available. If a size exchange is possible, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  If requested exchange size is unavailable, we may offer a refund once the item has been returned and inspected.

To request a size exchange, email support@olvida.com.au with your order number and the size you need within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please don't hesitate to reach out in regard to sizing before purchasing. 

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Please report faulty or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt by emailing support@olvida.com.au. We will cover return postage & either replace with a brand new item or we will refund in full if your size is out of stock. 

How do refunds work with Afterpay?
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. You remain responsible for any scheduled Afterpay instalments until the refund is fully processed.
